Our Process
1. Booking
Let’s chat! The first step will always be an authentic conversation for me to learn more about your brand and your project vision and needs. After our call, you will be emailed a project proposal that outlines our conversation, proposed solutions and optional add-ons available. It’s then in your court to decide final details. We will then create a client agreement, project invoice, proposed timeline and secure a deposit – and you are officially a member of the MPact Creative family.
2. Creative Prep
Next, you’ll be sent a welcome packet that includes a questionnaire form and a checklist of materials I need from you to get started! Once received, we will connect if any final questions or additional materials are needed.
3. Design
Now that the details are ironed out, it’s time for the fun to begin! We will work our magic and transform your words on paper into mpactful marketing pieces. You will be emailed drafts throughout our timeline, and we welcome constructive feedback to keep the project moving forward and to perfect your final product.
4. Final Files
Once you give us the green light – we will pop the confetti and send you final files!
